Guarantee Policy
To guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations made after this period may incur applicable charges.

No-Show Policy
In case of no-show, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.

Extra Person Policy
An additional fee of $650.00 MXN will apply per extra guest starting from the third person in the same room.

Children Policy
Children up to 12 years old are considered minors.
Guests aged 12 and above will be charged as adults.
Up to two children under 12 years old may share a room with two adults.
